Assam MBBS Mop Up Round Counselling For MBBS BDS Courses Admission 2018-19

Director of Medical Education Assam, Government of Assam announced educational notice of Mop-UP Round of Counselling will be held on 21st August 2018 for selection of candidates for admission into the 1st year MBBS/ BDS Courses in the Medical & Dental Colleges of Assam Session 2018 at the office of DME Assam Sixmile Khanapara Guwahati. Candidates who were called earlier Assam MBBS BDS Counselling of  First, Second and extended 2nd round counselling are eligible to attend Mop-Up round counselling


Notes
i) Candidates who are satisfied with their allotted seat and institution during 1st, 2nd & Extended 2nd Round counselling need not appear the Mop-up round of counselling and their seats in already allotted college shall remain unchanged.
ii) However the candidates already selected 1st,2nd and 2nd extended counselling who want to change their course or institution as per available vacancy in order of merit may appear the Mop-UP counseling

Category Wise Candidates may appear in Mop-UP round counselling

• General: Assam State Rank upto 540 of NEET-UG-2018.
• OBC: Assam State Rank upto 1598 of NEET-UG-2018.
• SC: Assam State Rank upto 1442 of NEET-UG-2018.
• STP: Assam State Rank upto 2951of NEET-UG-2018.
• STH: Assam State Rank upto 4206 of NEET-UG-2018.
• Motak: All candidates of Motak Community quota who obtained qualifying Marks in NEET (UG) - 2018

MBBS BDS Mop Up Round Counselling DME Assam 2018-19
All new candidates called must bring the application form (schedule-1) in original duly and properly filled in, marks sheets of 10+2 (Sc) exam, admit card of HSLC exam, Pass certificate, Permanent residence certificate, caste certificate, admit cad of NEET UG 2018, printout of OMR sheet of NEET UG 2018 and remaining relevant docs in original, a set of photocopies of all above signed by candidate are to be submitted along with application form at the time of counselling.

Note: The Candidates who had already submitted the complete application form Schedule-I at the time of 1st, 2nd, 2nd extended counselling rounds need not submit
