Candidates under UR/BC/SC/STP/STH/ who were called for the 1st, 2nd, Extended and Mopup round counselling are eligible to attend the extended Mop-up round of counselling along with following category wise new candidates.
The Following category wise candidates may appear in the Extended Mop-up round counselling
- General: Assam State Rank upto 569 of NEET-UG 2018
- OBC: Assam State Rank upto 1728 of NEET-UG 2018
- SC: Assam State Rank upto 1484 of NEET-UG 2018
- STP: Assam State Rank upto 3182 of NEET-UG 2018
- STH: Assam State Rank upto 4314 of NEET-UG 2018
Candidates who are satisfied with their allotted seat and institution during the 1st & 2nd, Extended 2nd and Mopup round counselling need not appear the extended Mopup round of counselling and their seats in already allotted colleges shall remain unchanged.
However those candidates already selected and admitted during 1st & 2nd. Extended 2nd and Mopup round counselling who want to change their course or institution as per available vacancy in order of merit may appear the extended Mop-up round of counselling and spot admission.
All new candidates called must bring with them application form (Schedule-I) in original duly and proper filled in Marks sheets of 10+2 (Sc) exam, admit card of HSLC exam, Pass certificates, Permanent Resident Certificate, Caste Certificate, Admit Card of NEET UG 2018, printout of OMR sheet of admission. A set of photo copies of all the said documents signed by candidate himself/herself are to be submitted along with application form (Schedule-I) at the time of counselling. The said application form Schedule-I shall be available in the website www.dme.assam.gov.in
