Eligibility
i) Must be citizen of India
ii) Should posses min +2 exam, conducted by council constituted under section 3 of the Orissa Higher Secondary Education Act 1982 or equivalent exam from recognized council, board or university
iii) Must have passed Diploma in Computer Application (DCA)
iv) Age min 18 years and maximum 32 years as on last date of application, upper age limit in respect of reserved categories of candidates shall be relaxed in accordance with the provisions of the relevant acts, rules, orders or instructions of Govt for the time being in force for respective reserved categories
v) Be able to speak, read and write Odia and have posses at test in Odia equivalent to the ME std
vi) BE of good character
vii) Be south health, good physique and free from organic defects or bodily infirmity
viii) Have not more than one spouse living if married
Note: candidate applying for the post of Stenographer Grade III shall posses min speed of 80 words in shorthand and 40 words in typewriting per minute and candidate for the post of Jr Typist shall posses min speed of 40 words in type writing per minute.
