Kerala Management Association (KMA) has announced Higher Education Scholarship Scheme Notification for Students severely affected by the monsoon floods in 2018 in Kerala and who lack the needed financial resources to pursue higher education. Eligible applicants who are pursing their higher education identified after proper scrutiny by KMA will be awarded a scholarship.
Merit Requirements
College Students: Aggregate Minimum score of 50% and higher is the eligibility criteria and is subject to change depending on mean average of applications received.
Documents Attach with Application Form
1) Document mentioning pursing or enrollment in current college (on the letterhead of the college
2) Certificate shows current scores and attendance percentage (on the letterhead of the college)
3) Copy of HSE Mark list
4) Income Certificate from Village Officer
5) Certificate certifies that the applicant is resident of flood effected area issued by concerned office or Village Officer
Scholarship Regulations
Students funded by scholarships are expected to take active and full part in school program for the year being covered and satisfy the establishment merit/income requirements through the year.
All applicants are required to:
1.Provide all requested documentation;
2.Take part in at least 80% of the classes in a given semester;
3.Maintain the minimum merit;
4.Complete applications with all supporting documents are to reach KMA on or before 15th January 2019.
