Eligibility Criteria
i) Retired in the Rank of
a) ADGP or above (Retired IPS Officers)
b) 3 years working experience in Central Armed Police Force / Para Military Force
ii) Max age 62 years as on 31 October 2018
iii) Nature of Engagement – Contractual
Period of Contact: Selected candidates will be engaged for period of 2 years initially. On completion of contact period, DBA aged 64 years or less with satisfactory health condition can be considered for re-engagement for max period of two more years at Banks discretion. Either party can terminate the contract by serving one months notice period.
Remuneration (CTC/Leave): CTS of Rs 32.00 lakhs per annum. Basic pay will be Rs.100000 per month and remaining portion of CTC will be paid as HRA conveyance allowance and others. The CTC payable per annum as subject to deduction of penstion of amount of Rs.4.22 lakh PA
Leave: 30 days per years
